Musical Shape Shifters
The musicians in MetroJazzCollective+ are each from Oklahoma and have a common bond over their shared passions for their interpretation of sound, rhythm and dynamics. Each member brings a unique musical aesthetic to the group and have grown comfortable jumping from classic to modern jazz genres by blending our unique influences into our own sound.
Giging is it!
Starting out, the idea of all the local gigs, we realized the only way for us to evolve as a band is to branch out to other areas to gig more. Over the next five years, we plan to venture into other cities and do many more gigs at many different venues — with the occasional festival appearances — in cities across the state. The increase of gigging has really made a difference in our sound.

We’re packing up the gear for a gig near you and are available to private event, so contact us though this website via email to make arrangements. If you have special requests make them known ahead and we will honor them., if given advance notice. Our set lists prominently feature originals and classic jazz done our way.
